The Peele Dental Wellness adaptive reuse of a mid-century modern office building included the removal of all cramped and mazelike floor to ceiling walls, creating an open dental office plan that leaves the roof structure expressed and free from obstructions.
Terrazzo floors were refurbished, and structural columns, beams, and roof deck were exposed and refinished. New courtyard landscaping complements the original mid-century design.
